
Doris Mae Duncan was born on May 5, 1932 on the family farm near Okeene, Major County, OK to Carl and Martha (Winter) Conradi. She passed away on March 22, 2018 in Enid, OK at the age of 85. She attended Hitchcock Elementary School and Watonga Public Schools where she was a member of Future Homemakers of America and FFA Chapter Queen. Doris graduated from Watonga High School in 1950. She married Jim Shaklee in August of the same year. Doris worked at Hollytex Spinning Mill for numerous years and later at Watonga Middle School Cafeteria. She married Gale Duncan on April 5, 1975. They made their home in Watonga and after retirement, moved to Enid, OK. Doris loved and served the Lord her entire life. She was the spiritual foundation and rock of her family and led by example. She shared 43 years of marriage with Gale. She was a very sweet and loving person who truly loved everyone she met. She was preceded in death by her parents, Carl and Martha Conradi, her daughter, Sharon Ogle, daughter- in- law Debbie Shaklee, great grandson, Lincoln Ogle, sister Carol Meyer, and brother-in-law Erwin Meyer. Survivors Include: her husband Oran "Gale" Duncan of Enid, OK, her children, Randy Shaklee of Denton, TX, Carol Coleman of Enid, OK, Susan Herndon and husband Darrell of Enid, OK, and David Shaklee and wife Beth of Enid, OK, son-in-law, David Ogle of Guthrie, OK, 12 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, brother, Al Conradi and wife Pat of Tennessee, sister, Marty Pritchett and husband Dan of Mannford, OK, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, many other relatives and friends.
